Highlands Ranch Triathlon
Last weekend I participated in the Highlands Ranch Triathlon while we were out visiting my sister. I was hardly prepared for the event, but I made it through the course. Here are a couple of pictures from the morning.

You did great considering you were sick the night before, you hadn't prepared like you would've like to, and you were the hero you were and took time to fix your sister's chain for her on the course so she could finish the race. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
I second the hero part! You saved my rear. I would have been so sad if I didn't get to finish. Because you helped I was able to meet my goals. I loved having you here! You will have to come out again for sure!
Man. those are some great photos. It was fun to come watch you all. I am inspired to do it myself now.
