After finishing our training yesterday, Doug and I took a couple of hours to drive out to Dexter lake. It was a beautiful drive. Here are a couple of picture I took while we were out there.

Stuck At Symantec - Hazmat checking for Anthrax

Today I'm at the Symantec building in Springfield, OR, where we have been locked down for the past several hours. HAZMAT teams are here checking a suspicious substance that was found in a letter saying the substance is Anthrax. Here are a couple of the stories from the local media.

Yamaha V Star 1100

Since the day my younger brother brought home a road bike and let me ride it I've been scheming to get my hands on one. It's hard to describe the feeling for freedom and excitement I get from riding. Yesterday I found a great deal on a Yamaha V star. My wife's not sure what to think, but she's been very supportive in my decision. (Thanks Honey!)
